Round barley rusks with tomato, feta, fried egg and rock samphire
for this recipe, we suggest
INGREDIENTS
- 1 “the Manna” round barley rusk
- 2 slices of tomato
- 50 gr. feta cheese
- 1 egg
- 3-4 rock samphire leaves
- olive oil
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
EXECUTION
Cut 2 slices of tomato, add a little olive oil and a little salt and place them on the barley rusks with the feta.
Put the dakos in a dish and bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 160oC.
At the same time, fry an egg in olive oil.
Remove the dakos from the oven and put it on a plate.
Place the fried egg on the top followed by the rock samphire leaves, dry oregano, a little thick sea salt and pepper.
Try the recipe with any “the Manna” Tsatsaronakis rusk of your choice.
