Black eyed peas with vegetables and kritonakia
for this recipe, we suggest
INGREDIENTS

For 2 servings:

  • 10-15 “the Manna” croutons
  • 150 g braised black-eyed peas
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 bunch of dill

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
EXECUTION

Cut vegetables into slices.

Chop the dill.

Put them in a bowl along with the black-bean beans, the dressing and croutons and mix well.
