

Our heritage.
The traditional recipes of our own Marika, wife, mother, grandmother that highlight the real flavor of our rusks!

INGREDIENTS
For 4 servings:
- 1-2 “the Manna” round barley rusks
- 2 potatoes
- 2 eggplants
- 2 peppers
- 3 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 zucchini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200g of feta
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 100 ml olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1/2 glass of water
- Salt
- Pepper
EXECUTION
Cut the eggplant, potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions and zucchini and place in a baking tray.
At the same time, chop the tomatoes, garlic and parsley.
Put them in a bowl along with the olive oil, white vinegar, 1/2 cup of water, salt and pepper.
Stir well and pour the mixture into the baking dish with the remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for about 50-55 minutes at 160oC.
10 minutes before the food is ready, add the crumbled feta and continue the cooking process.
Serve with a traditional barley round rusks and add more fresh olive oil.
Our briam is just as delicious with any other “the Manna” Tsatsaronakis rusk, we’ve tried it!
